As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for providing telephone and email support for both our valued partners and internal staff.

 - Assisting partners with technical issues
 - Analyze and troubleshoot moderately to complex issues / problems
 - Documenting and reviewing solutions to common problems.
 - Writing and publishing questions and answers for the company’s knowledge base
 - Beta testing software programs

As noted we are looking for a ROCKSTAR, this means you have the right stuff. You are a go getter and require little to no direction when it comes to using your time wisely. You must have the ability to demonstrate working knowledge of both Mac OS and MS OS systems and networking basics.

Excellent English and communication skills (both oral and written) are a must. The ability to work with our international team and non-US partners is essential, fluency in a foreign language is a plus
